Seoul Sausage started out as a passion project, but has grown exponentially thanks to all our friends and family to become the “new” way to eat korean bbq. In less than one year this little dream has turned into the longest lines at street fairs, requests for private orders for wineries/chefs, catered events from movie studios & Fortune 500 companies, and requests to attend various festivals around the country. All currently with no food truck and no retail space, but simply word of mouth, rented equipment, great friends willing to help out on weekends, and damn good food.
We understand Korean BBQ is traditionally eaten at a dining table with a grill along with assorted banchan (side dishes), bottles of Soju, & good company. This will always be part of our Korean BBQ legacy first and foremost. But what about all those other times you crave KBBQ? What do you do then? Seoul Sausage launched late 2010 with their Kalbi (Marinated Short Rib) & Spicy Pork sausages. What started as an idea between the Kim & Oh families, has grown to a passionate and rapidly growing legion of believers that Seoul Sausage is the new way to eat Korean BBQ.
